If you need to cancel your ClassPoint Pro subscription, you can do so at any time. After cancellation, you can still continue to use a free ClassPoint account for as long as you want. Watch the video below or follow along with the steps listed to cancel a ClassPoint Pro subscription.

Please note that ClassPoint Pro Plans are set up on an auto-renewal basis. If you are unhappy with your plan we can help you change your plan or cancel your Pro subscription at any time.

Need to cancel your ClassPoint Pro account? No Problem! Just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click on your User Profile

Click on your User Profile in the top-left corner of the ClassPoint ribbon. This will give you information about your ClassPoint account.

Step 2: Click “Manage Subscription”

In the Quick Links section, click the last link, Manage Subscription. You will be taken to your Subscription page in your ClassPoint Settings to begin the cancellation process.

Step 3: Click “Cancel Subscription”

Review your Subscription details and to move forward with canceling your account, click the Cancel Subscription link. You will then be prompted to provide a reason for the request.

Step 4: Choose the Reason for Cancellation and Confirm

Choose a reason for the cancellation from the list provided and click Next. You will then be prompted to confirm the cancellation and be reminded that you will be downgraded back to the free version after your next billing date. Continue to use the Pro features until that date.

Optional Step 6: Revoke Cancellation

Once you have confirmed the cancellation, you will be taken back to your Subscription page with new details about your plan. If at any point you want to continue using Pro after your next billing date, click the Revoke Plan Cancellation button. Follow the steps to confirm reactivating your subscription.

Optional Step 6: Feedback!

If you have any feedback on what you liked about ClassPoint or where you think ClassPoint can improve, drop a note using the Feedback button on the ClassPoint ribbon.

If you ever need to subscribe again, you can do so at any time.

  1. Hello JJ, the ClassPoint Pro Plans are set up on an auto-renewal basis similar to an Office 365, Netflix, or Amazon Prime subscription. If you are unhappy with ClassPoint Pro we can help to change the billing cycle or cancel your account. Just follow the steps above or get in touch at support@inknoe.com.

  2. Hi Charles. If you no longer want ClassPoint in your PowerPoint Ribbon, you can go to File -> Options -> Add-Ins and uncheck the ClassPoint Add-In so that it become inactive. If you want to completely remove ClassPoint, you just need to uninstall the application.

  4. Hi, i want to cancel subscribe but it sign out automatic. When i try to sign in n reset password, it turn to error finding my account.. Why? What should I do to cancel?

  5. Hi there, please ensure you are using the correct email address to sign in that you used to sign up. You can search in your inbox for an email from ClassPoint confirming your account.
